We specialize in large commercial property maintenance where we provide our clients with services ranging from snow clearing and ice control to scheduled grass cutting, fertilization, automatic sprinkler install and maintenance, core aeration, and de-thaching to name a few.

Leadership team
Conrad Fehr
Owner- President
Conrad was born in Southern BC. Moved to Southern Alberta Brooks area with his family in 1999. Like any young teenager needing to make some money, he started mowing lawns and providing a yard clean-up service. By age 18 the passion and entrepreneurial spirit was born, and he launched his first company with a few friends. Conrad met his wife Carol while both in school and they were married in 2008 and have 5 children.
With the desire to expand the business to bigger markets, they moved the business to Lethbridge in 2010. The desire for Conrad to take the business and grow it alone happened in 2015 with the launch of Lawn and Order Property Maintenance. Having 20+ years of experience in the Property Maintenance business has served his clients well in and around Southern Alberta.
When he isn’t working, he is active in church and community, and enjoys snowboarding, hockey and nitro powered remote controlled airplanes.
Greg Thomas
Greg was born in Southern BC and moved to Northern Alberta with his family in 1984. As a student growing up Greg needed to make some money and gain some working experience which came in the form of Property Maintenance for a bible camp, in addition to looking after client’s lawns. After completing high school and college he moved to Lethbridge in 2006. While attending the University of Lethbridge Greg met his wife Kyrie and was married in 2011. After graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree, he went back to the Property Maintenance business with a local firm in Lethbridge.
Meeting Conrad in 2014 and deciding to join his new up and coming business Lawn and Order Property Maintenance in 2015 Greg has been with the business ever since. He is now the Operations Manager and is responsible for all things Property Maintenance.
When Greg isn’t working, he spends time with his wife and 3 boys, he is active in the church and community.
